Viñedos el Oeste is for sale, we offers a processing plant with a capacity for 2,000.000.00 liters. He also has 50 hectares of vineyards with Cabernet(70%), Merlot(20%), Carmenet(5%) and Syrah (5%). All being red wine. The processing plant is located 15 km west from Talca. As you could see in the above map, towards the town of Pencahue. The exact position of the processing plant is:

The plant is located next to the paved road in a 1 hectare surface area. At the moment is selling bulk to London and other big wine producers of the area who bottled the wine with their own labels.

We could also get another 60 more hectares next to the place. The plant and vineyards are located on paved road with good access from the city of Talca. The landowner house and vineyard is located approximately 3 miles from the plant and the elevation of the surroundings in 30 m AMSL. Water is being pumped from a 70 m depth water well to cool down the big containers and maintain a temperature of less than 20 degrees Celsius for the processing of the red wine.
