Role and Scope:

Perform several Petrophysics duties to fulfill the technical requirements within company unit by ensuring suitable logging and interpretation techniques of adequate answer products and implementing cost effective programs whilst assuring high data quality deliverables. Work performed:
Follow-ups: this includes operation follow up (logging job monitoring, programs amendments, real time data analysis and interpretation) and data follow up (data playback, parameter changing, restoring correct data.

Technical Consultancy: Provide technical advice on logging tools physics, data integration, well environments and drilling condition effects on measurements. Attend and contribute to wells drilling and workover planning meetings.

Programming and well data sheet: programs logging and estimates cost for drilling and workover data sheets. Analyzing the well path, its suitability to run W/L and /or LWD tools. Review existing logs for workover and ensure depth determination and correlation logs.
Job preparation and quality control: review job with contractor’s engineers before logging. Providing well and logging report header information. Discuss expected data quality in known formation and hole conditions with contractors. Address contractor’s needs difficulties and issues and agree on best solutions. Performs post job data quality and depth control, aligned with building quality database. Analyze logging efficiency. Measure quality development of service companies.

Correspondence and reporting: internal, shareholders and with service companies. Well files and completion reports petrophysical section.
Data handling: Managing and controlling, depth shifting / splicing of log data prior to entry into database. Archiving digital data. The types of data handling are:

Physical data archive inform of logging prints, tapes, floppies and CD’s.
Raw log data using log-DB loaded by Technical Assistant.
Distribute data to company and shareholders.
Corporate data base, using FINDER where data loaded by Technical assistant.
Graphic and/or image files archiving and accessing control using NT server.
Interpretation and data analysis: quick look interpretation and data analysis for operational decision making. Final élan interpretation, using Geoframe to identify lithology volumes and fluids saturation. Integrate interpretation with core and test data. Review and correct interpretation performed by contractors. Provide service companies input parameters to interpretation and data analysis modules.

Safety and environment protection: update, review and follow up all safety reports written by service companies, and analyze safety development index, which is the measure of how contractors improve in safety practices with respect to quality and logging efficiency.
Technical updates: Follow up development of tools and methods of data acquisition and interpretation, by attending technical seminars, and reviewing technical papers, publications and manuals.
Studies and project: involvement in reservoir characterization studies and contributes in special investigations, technical review, problem solving teams. USAU / reservoir monitoring campaigns, data acquisition and analysis projects.
Administration: Checking and settlement invoices. Cost analysis and reporting. Participate in discussion / negotiations with the logging services companies in all relevant contractual issues.

Petrophysics standards: implement, maintain and improve company petrophysics regulations on data management, quality, depth, follow-up, interpretation and technical updates under universal petrophysics integrated control set of standards.
Work relations: for efficient work environment, contacts are essential with other technical disciplines, to discuss, review and advise on operational, technical and assigned tasks.

Minimum requirement:

Degree in engineering or science.
The ability to perform petrophysics duties “see duties” (work performed) without supervision.
Good knowledge of English

Job Description/Responsibilities of RIG LIAISONMAN:

" Serve as the Primary liaison between Saudi Aramco and Saudi Aramco rig Contractor and shall provide supervision of all operations performed on Saudi Aramco wells.
" Provide training and evaluation of SAUDI ARAMCO Liaisonmen/toolpusher trainees.
" Make recommendations on alternative methods in resolving defects of equipment when unusual situations are encountered and coordinate timely deliveries of SAUDI ARAMCO and SAUDI ARAMCO service company materials and equipment to the well as required.
" Ensure that SAUDI ARAMCO contractors meet all contract requirements and shall verify and approve all SAUDI ARAMCO contractor and service company operations by way of tour reports and field tickets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR RIG LIAISONMAN.

" Must have BS in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with seven (7) years of experience in drilling engineering and operations or High School Degree or equivalent with thirteen(13) years experience in Drilling Engineering and Operations.
" Skill and Expertise in deviated drilling including short radius horizontal wells.
" Offshore Jackup drilling experience with in depth knowledge of top drive units, Measurement While Drilling (MWD) technology and oil base muds.
" Experience in drilling high pressure/high temperature wells as deep as 17,000 feet with heavy mud weights as high as 165 PCF in high H2S concentrations of 20%.
" A current certificate in Blowout Prevention (BOP) and well control.
" Have a valid Saudi Driving Licence or a Saudi Arab Government acceptable international licence to drive SAUDI ARAMCO vehicles.

Role in the Function Background information The appointee will be assigned to client for max. 6 months.
He will be required to develop a long term (10-20years) strategic plan for the new power systems for power stations, substations and overhead line infrastructure required to meet the significant increases in power demand for the Clients concession areas system taking in to account various types of projects (Steam, Gas compressions, etc.) which will be executed in parallel.
Qualification requirement MSc. Degree in Electrical Engineering specialising in power plants / power systems.
Experience level needed Minimum 15-20 years of engineering experience in the power system field. The experience must have covered all project phases from concept identification through to project hand over and shall include absolute minimum 8 years of concept/feasibility work associated with gas turbine, combined cycle power stations, power transmission / substation planning for utilities. Oil & Gas industry experience is strongly preferred.

Specific Requirement Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a senior position with the engineering design consultants or large utility client.
Must have relevant in-depth work experience in the following areas :
" System Studies covering load flows, short circuit studies, etc.
