JULIO BOUCHON PROCESSING PLANT

The proprietors are J. BOUCHON and CIA LTDA. It is registered in the city council with ROL No 3720-227, the name of the processing plant is BODEGA EL PORVENIR. The location in the Region del Maule, 10 Km from Talca via San Clemente.

The processing plant is approximately 9000 m². The plant consist of 4 buildings sitting on concrete, with appropriate drainage system.

The storage is as follows:

1,000.000.00 liters of stainless steel containers
993,000.00 liters of wooden containers

PROCESSING PLANT

The facilities also have a keeper house, laboratory, offices and in the backyard the dining facilities for the employees, rest rooms, warehouse. Electric power is provided with a 100 kV transforrmer from the power lines, water is supplied from water tanks. Out of the 9000 m², 4000 m² are dedicated for the plant itself and the other 5000 m² are to pastures and to build a bottling plant.

BUILDING 2: Contains 4 stainless steel container plus 1 cold water tank

BUILDING 3: Contains 11 wooden containers 30,0000.00 liters each,
5 wooden containers 40,000.00 liters each
2 wooden containers 30,000.00 not in good shape
BUILDING 4: Contains 17 wooden containers of 30,000.00 liters each
1 wooden container 30,000.00 not in good shape.

The place also contains the proper machinery to process the grapes.
